DJ Big Obliquity Sidewall Belt Conveyor

DJ big obliquity sidewall belt conveyor adopts special rubber belt with corrugated barrier and transverse diaphragm continuously conveying bulk materials at any angle from 30°„ to 90°„. It widely used in factories and mines enterprises new construction or expansion projects of various industries.
This product has been awarded the first prize of the national continuous conveying machinery "Three New" show.

Main technical features:

Comparing to the normal belt conveyor, the big obliquity conveys greatly shorten the length of the conveyor line and reduce the occupation of the land; lifting height is high, which can be up to 200 meters; it has various specifications and widely range of convey capacity; the energy consumption per unit weight material is reduced by 30%; it has higher reliability and lower maintenance cost than bucket elevator; the service life is basically same as conventional belt conveyor; the operating conditions and the types of materials adapted are basically same as the conventional belt conveyors.

Using conditions of DJ big obliquity sidewall belt conveyor:

The bulk density is 500 ~ 2,500Kg / m³, and the max lump size is less than 350mm; the working ambient temperature is in -20 ~ +40°ś. Customers should put forward individually for conveying the special materials like high temperature, acid, alkali, and oil plants, or the special environmental conditions like explosion-proof and flame retardant, in order to take special protective measures.

Basic structure and formation

DJ big obliquity sidewall belt conveyor is consist of corrugated sidewall conveyor belt, driving element, rollers set, carrying idlers set, return carrier device, concave segment redirection device, convex segment redirection device, cleaning device, tensioning device, rack, and affix.

The driving element of DJ big obliquity sidewall belt conveyor includes Y°™zJ shaft-mounted gear reducer unit, wD externally mounted motorized pulley, and Y°™DcY direct axis cone cylinder gear reducer unit. The driving power which is larger than 45Kw usually selects Y - DCY straight axis cylindrical bevel gear reducer unit.

Corrugated sidewall conveyor belt:

Corrugated sidewall conveyor belt is composed of baseband, corrugated barrier and transverse diaphragm. The corrugated barrier and transverse diaphragm are connected to the baseband by additional vulcanization.

£®1£©Baseband includes cotton canvas core, chemical fabric core, wire rope core rubber conveyor belt or lateral stiffness layer conveyer belt.

£®2£© Corrugated barrier is divided into light type (N), middle type (S), and heavy type (ES). Its shapes are S and W.

   £®3£©The transverse diaphragm is made of fiber composite materials, which has the advantages of strong bearing capacity, shock resistance and good stiffness. Its models are T, TS, C, TC, and TCS type.

When the convey inclination angle is less than 40°„, the transverse diaphragm is made of T or TS; when it°Įs greater than 40°„, it is C, TC or TCS.
